I sit here in pain for I will never know her
An angel who I thought was sent to me
From the heavenly skies above
Whose grace swept my heart right up
But not in her hands, just flying alone
I'll never hold her wrapped in my arms
I'll always have dreams and hopes of her
But they will always be just that
I now pen my final farewell to her
The angel that I'll never know
