I thank God whom I serve,
As did my ancestors;
Clear conscience and the nerve,
As some were protesters.

Constantly in my prayer,
In both the night and day;
As in tears that I share,
Filled with joy that I may.

For my faith is sincere,
No matter where I dwell;
Because I will revere,
My praise I will not quell.

So, go and fan the flame,
Flaming the gift of God;
Lay your hands and proclaim,
Giving honor and laud.

God gave us a spirit,
A spirit not of fear;
Power to inherit,
A love that is sincere.

So, do not be ashamed,
Testify of the Lord;
Suffering is proclaimed,
The Gospel not ignored.

Christ to whom has saved,
For a holy calling;
From sin that has enslaved,
Which keeps us from falling.

Now is made manifest,
Till our Lord appears;
Our Savior dearest,
A believer reveres.

Jesus Christ abolished death,
And brought all of us life;
Living after last breath,
And beyond any strife.
