I greatly rejoice in the Lord,
That now in length you have revived;
How much He is loved and adored,
The amount that my faith has strived.

You indeed were showing much concern,
Rather you were having no chance;
For showing how much you did learn,
Allowing your faith to advance.

Not that I speak being in need,
For I have learned no matter what;
The Word of God will always feed,
To be content with what I got.

For I know how to be brought low,
And knowing how to be abound;
I have learned the secret does show,
Revealing the sight and sound.

The secret of plenty and hunger,
Abundance and when to suffer;
And the need to control anger,
Knowing Christ is there to buffer.

For I can do all things through Christ,
Knowing that He has strengthened me;
With this world not to be enticed,
Through the pleasures that I will see.

It is kind to share my trouble,
Notwithstanding you have well done;
Changing affliction to rubble,
Showing confidence in the Son.

The beginning of the Gospel,
No church entered in the giving;
But receiving from the people,
Had grown in spiritual living.

There is no gift I require,
Rather I am seeking the fruit;
Abundance ripened desire,
That is abounded at its root.

I have received payment in full,
And while being well supplied;
God sent His guardian angel,
To build faith in the crucified.
