I am a fifty year old,
My every minute is like gold,
I know every minute’s taste,
I can’t afford any to waste.
I get up daily first a.m.
I try to stay the best I am.
I’m now fifty years old,
And every moment is like gold.
The clock is chiming five a.m.,
Prepared to get up I am.
I cannot at the same place stay,
Into new day, I go away.
